Shelby shows The Rays how diehard Sox fans represent down in Tampa

Today’s Chowdaheadz fan photo comes from Shelby. Here is what she submitted to our blog…

“My sister and I attended a Red Sox game at the Tampa Bay Rays Stadium a few weeks ago. Our seats were on the first row of the upper level so we were right against the railing. Us two Red Sox fans sat amongst a sea of Rays fans – as if that would stop us from cheering. I was hanging over the railing, yelling so hard I lost my voice, clapping til my hands were purple. It wasn’t until Jacoby Ellsbury hit a homer that the security guard came down and told us we were becoming a safety hazard. He said “our cheering could send us over the edge of the rail.” Can you believe it!”
