Boston is serious about getting healthy and one big step toward that goal is getting people out of heir cars and out to walk, run, rollerblade or bicycle on safe streets free (at least for a little while) from cars. This Sunday will be the third and final, “Circle The City,” event during which residents are invited to the Rose Kennedy Greenway to enjoy some beautiful green space in the midst of our sprawling urban home. In addition, Jessica Mink, an award-winning lifetime Boston cyclist, will lead a 17-mile ride on the bike paths of Boston that will begin and end at the Open Streets downtown and is sponsored by the Boston Cyclists Union. There will be free activities encouraging a healthy active lifestyle for attendees of all ages, including a scavenger hunt, farmer’s markets and dance and yoga classes.
