Take a moment to stop laughing and breathe because this really happened.  Eli just seems like a less intelligent, less talented version of his older brother. Yesterday, he managed to make himself look even dumber.  During an interview on “The Michael Kay Show” he said that he considers himself to be on the same level as Tom Brady. Sorry, Eli, but just because you beat Pats in 07  does NOT make you Tom Brady. You had possibly the best D-Line ever and David Tyree used some kind of Harry Potter magic to catch that pass with his forehead. I know they gave you the Superbowl MVP, but that’s just because you’re the QB in the Nation’s biggest market (where the NFL is headquartered) and the League desperately wants people to believe that you are your older brother.  You’re not even close to Peyton’s level, let alone Brady’s.

Tom Brady may be the best QB of all time. When he’s on the field he looks like he’s on a mission from God to crush his opponents with divine levels of skill and precision. Eli is just trying not to screw up out there. It’s absolutely ludicrous to even compare the two.  Eli threw 25 interceptions last year.  If Brady ever did that – oh wait, he wouldn’t. Has Eli ever thrown 50 TDs in a year? No. NFL MVP? No. I could go on about stats but we all know it’s a waste of time.  Thank the Football Gods, because we get to play the Giants this year in both the pre-season and Regular Season.  On November 6 when Eli steps into Gillette Stadium, it will be very clear that this moron is not and never will be anywhere near Tom Brady’s level.  Unless Tom Brady’s prodigy child has been nurtured by Belichick since birth to take over the Pats offense in 2031, I don’t think any Quarterback ever will be.
