The Sox kicked off their unofficial spring training start against BC today by making a quick statement and almost pitching a no-hitter.  Of course lets temper our excitement considering it was a 7 inning game and against a college team.

Saturday the Sox play their annual double header against BC & Northeastern.

Athletes break records all the time and they certainly deserve the praise for their accomplishments.  Ray Allen is one of the most loved pro athletes ever to play a game.  He deserves this record and he deserves this thanks you from local Boston folk:

Hopefully if you were at this game you were in your seats by the first puck drop.  There were 3 fights in first 4 seconds of the game.  Got to be a record!

Looks like a lot of bad blood between these two teams and they wanted to put it to rest right away. The Bruins have been really special to watch lately.
