Charlie Goes to Opening Day!

I was lucky enough to get to go to Opening Night on Sunday. My friends and I sat up on the Budweiser Deck.  The whole night was surreal from Pedro throwing out the first pitch, to Steven Tyler’s “God Bless America”, to 5-year-old Joshua Sacco’s pregame speech, to Neil Diamond singing  “Sweet Caroline,” to Pedroia’s home run to tie the game in the 7th, to Papelbon’s first save of the season, and to the Sox beating the rivaled Yankees 9-7 on Opening Day 2010.

These are my pictures from this memorable night…

A few drinks later and I’m feeling a little tipsy…

What a way to start the 2010 season! I can’t wait for tonight’s Sox/Yanks game! I will be watching on my flat screen from the comforts of my couch. Go Sox!
